I was educated at the Swedish Royal Academy of Art in Stockholm, Sweden, specializing in design, fine art engraving…and everything in between! After graduation, I spent a few years as an engraver – designing and engraving postage stamps.
I also produced the official portraits for the Swedish Twenty Kronor and Five Hundred Kronor Bank notes, and currency for Netherlands Antilles as well.
Since emigrating to the United States in 1987, I’ve begun applying a unique brush and ink technique, simulating engraving for various commercial clients, including wine labels, annual reports, album covers, book covers, portraits, logos, and architectural renderings.
My fine art work, in which Im presently engaged, primarily consists of oil paintings, inspired by both nature and spiritual intimations.
